Terms of sale
These terms cover purchases from the TheCardWall Shop at thecardwall.com/shop, sold by Point One Five Consulting, LLC, doing business as TheCardWall. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated October 29, 2026.
What you buyA sealed mystery box. Each box contains exactly one professionally graded trading card (PSA, CGC or another major grader) from the category you chose. The card is selected at random from the published value range for that box and is not disclosed to you before delivery.
Box priceThe price of the box sets the range of cards it can contain. It is not a guaranteed value of the card inside. The card value ranges and draw odds for every box are published on our odds page and may be above or below the price you paid.
Final saleMystery boxes are final sale. Because the contents are random and sealed, boxes cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once your payment is complete, except as described under Refunds and Damage or loss below.
FulfilmentAfter payment clears, your box is assigned its card and prepared for shipment from the secure vault where the cards are held. Your order page shows each step: paid, packed, shipped, delivered.
How the card is chosenThe card in each box is selected by a verifiable random function (ECVRF) operated by the vault, seeded by the payment transaction for that box on Robinhood Chain. The seed is fixed when the payment lands and the proof is committed on a public ledger, so neither Point One Five Consulting, LLC nor the vault can choose or re-roll the result. After delivery, your order page can replay the draw and show the payment transaction that seeded it; because the replay shows the card, it sits behind a button you choose to click. Shipping$9.99 for the first box and $3 for each additional box in the order, to addresses in the United States. Every shipment is tracked and insured for the value of the card. Orders normally leave the vault within 5 to 10 business days of payment. Tracking is emailed to you and shown on your order page. Cards are held in more than one vault, so an order with several boxes may arrive as more than one package, each with its own tracking number, at no extra charge. The box art shown in the shop is an illustration; your card ships sealed in discreet protective packaging. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
GiftsYou may ship to any US address, including someone else's. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. The receipt, order page and any refunds stay with the buyer.
RefundsIf we cannot assign a card to a box or cannot ship it, that box is refunded in full to the original payment method, plus the shipping charge when no other box in the order ships. Refunds are issued through our payment processor and take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations and disputesYour box is assigned its card within seconds of payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. We may hold an order for verification before it is fulfilled and will contact you at the email on the order if we need anything; a held order that we cannot verify is refunded in full. Because a card is assigned and shipped on the strength of your payment, you agree to contact support@thecardwall.com about any problem before disputing the charge with your card issuer. Delivery is confirmed by carrier scan, and by signature for orders of $500 or more.
Damage or lossShipments are insured. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the shipped date, email support@thecardwall.com within 7 days with your order code and, for damage, photos of the packaging and the card. We will file the insurance claim and replace the card with one of equal published value range or refund the box.
Pricing and availabilityPrices are in US dollars; shipping is charged separately as above. Boxes may be withdrawn from sale or repriced at any time; an order already paid is honoured at the price paid or refunded.
EligibilityYou must be 18 or older and a resident of the United States to purchase.
PaymentPayments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Your statement will show the charge as THECARDWALL.
Your informationWe use your name, email, phone number and shipping address only to fulfil and support your order and to send you its receipt, shipping and refund emails. We do not sell your information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
