Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of TheCardWall, including the Crane (our collectible pull machine), the Binders, memberships, and everything else on this site. Using the site or buying a pull means you accept them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us before you play.
Who can use this
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You are responsible for knowing whether buying randomized collectibles is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are also personally responsible for any taxes that arise from buying, selling, or keeping cards through the site.
What a pull is
A pull is a purchase, not a wager. Every pull delivers a real, professionally graded collectible card (PSA or CGC grade 10) from a posted pool. Which card you receive is random, and card values vary: some are worth less than the pull price and some are worth more. The full pool, the odds, and the value ranges are published before you play under “See what’s inside,” and the pool is committed on-chain so it cannot change mid-batch. Randomness settles on-chain and results are final once drawn. If a pull ever stalls before its result lands, the contract lets you reclaim exactly what you paid; money cannot get stuck in an unresolved pull.
Prices and payment
Pulls are priced in US dollars and payable in $WALL, USDG, or ETH at a live conversion rate quoted at purchase time. Token prices move; the exact token amount is shown on the button before you confirm. Blockchain transactions also carry network (gas) fees that we do not set, control, or refund. Confirmed on-chain transactions are final: we cannot reverse, refund, or redirect them, and we are not responsible for funds sent from or to a wallet you do not control.
Keep or sell back
After a pull you may keep the card or sell it back to the machine. Sell-back pays 90% of the card’s listed market value as machine credit, instantly, and is available for 72 hours from the pull. After 72 hours the card is yours to keep. Keeping transfers the card NFT to your wallet (or your membership wall, if you chose one).
Machine credit
Machine credit from sell-backs applies automatically to your next pulls. It is not money: it has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or sold, and only works in the Crane. Credit does not expire.
The physical card
Each card NFT corresponds to a real graded slab held in professional third-party vault custody. We are not the physical custodian. Redeeming the physical card follows the vault operator’s own process and terms, including any shipping fees and taxes, which are yours to pay. Whoever controls the NFT controls the card: if you transfer or sell the NFT, the rights to the physical slab go with it.
Values shown
Dollar values shown for cards are estimates built from live market data (insured values, marketplace listings, and price guides). They are honest estimates, not guarantees, appraisals, or offers. Collectible and token prices are volatile and set by the market, not by us. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and neither the cards nor $WALL should be treated as an investment.
Your wallet, your keys
You are responsible for your own wallet and keys. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who controls your wallet controls your cards and credit, and we cannot restore access to a wallet you lose.
Fair play and prohibited use
Do not attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the contracts; do not use the service for anything unlawful; do not impersonate us. Bots and scripts that automate play are not allowed. We may pause the machine or suspend access for safety, maintenance, or suspected abuse. In-flight pulls always settle or are refunded in full by the contract’s rescue path; money never disappears into a paused machine.
Assumption of risk
You understand the risks of public blockchains and smart contracts: software can have flaws, networks can congest or fork, and token prices can move sharply. Our core contracts are published and verifiable on-chain, but no software is guaranteed error-free. By using the site you accept these risks.
Liability
The site and contracts are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pull that gave rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, network outages, blockchain congestion, wallet software, token price movement, or losses from keys you failed to protect. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these apply to the greatest extent permitted.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site for breach of these terms. Anything already settled on-chain (cards you keep, credit you hold, refunds owed by the contract) is governed by the contract, not by us, and survives any suspension.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Pulls are always governed by the terms in force when you made them.
